I sit here in my room trying not to cut my wrist again
Just to get away from the pain that this world puts me though
But for some reason I can’t get things off my mind
I keep looking at the razor that is sitting right next to me
And I can feel the pain that it once gave me
Trying not to go back to that world of brokenness
But it felt so good …… I can’t stay away
I rather live the life that made me feel good every once and a while
When I would cut and see myself bleed
Instead of this life that you have to be perfect at
So I set here and I let the blood run down my arm and on to the bed
That way I am not hurting anyone but myself
